Most Common Questions

Is this legal?

WordPress is Open Source Software and is licensed under the GPL.
Theme and plugin developers who create derivative works (i.e software that relies on WordPress to function) are encouraged to adopt the same licensing structure as WordPress, and many do.

The GPL allows users to use, share, modify and redistribute software as they please.
This enables us to redistribute software developed by authors such as WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads.

So in short: It is 100% legal to redistribute GPL code, and WordPress’ own creator Matt Mullenweg and most premium coders encourage it!

Are these plugins up-to-date?
Yes. We work on a daily basis to constantly update each and every plugin to make sure that your site is optimal and ready to go.
If you purchase our subscription, we update our plugins on a weekly basis and will present you with +180 WooCommerce and EDD extentions that’s fully updated.
Do you add new WooCommerce & EDD plugins?
Yes! We are constantly adding and updating the list of plugins. If you see a specific plugin that is not on the list, please email us and we will add it to our continuous expanding collection of top quality plugins.
WooCommerce is asking me for a code. What do I do?
The WooCommerce Helper Plugin asks for a Key Code. We do not offer the code, simply because we do not offer support for the plugin. By deactivating the “WooCommerce Helper” plugin, you will not be asked for the access key code anymore. Please note, you do not need the code to activate your plugins.
Gravity Forms requires a license key to work. What do I do?
What’s important to understand is, Gravity Forms require a license key for automatic updates from the developer, Rocketgenius, only. As we already got you covered on future updates, what you need to do in the Gravity Forms admin panel in WordPress is to click ‘Next’ just below the license key input field.
This will take you to a disclaimer, where you verify that you ‘understand the risk’ of not entering a license key, which isn’t really a risk at all. As mentioned we got you covered on future updates.

Next step is to disable background updates and verify that you understand and accept ‘the risk’. Click ‘Next’.

Now all that is left is to set your website currency. Enable the no conflict mode if you find that the plugin is causing conflicts on your website but otherwise just keep the default settings. Click ‘Next’.

Et voila – Gravity Forms is all set to go.

How do I update my current plugin?
You can log in to your account to download the latest version. Then you’ll need to re-install the updated version of the plugin. If you get an error such as “plugin already exists”, then you need to delete the plugin located on your server (wp-plugins) and re-install the updated plugin afterwards, like your normally would.
Do my plugins update automatically in WordPress?
At the moment, unfortunately not. However, we’re currently working on an automatic update solution, which will be available for all our customers, at no extra charge.
In the meantime we will always provide you with the latest updated plugin in your account.
Please see above, how to install your updated plugin.
When will I get my plugins?
Right after your payment has been approved, you’ll have instant download access to your purchased plugin.
What's the difference between a single plugin purchase and a subscription (SuperPack)?
With a single plugin purchase you’re entitled to regular updates for a whole year, starting from the day of purchase. We’ve actually added an extra day, as we do understand, that sometimes purchases are made from your mobile phone, and therefore not downloaded right away.

With a Subscription, for instance our WooCommerce SuperPack, you’ll get access to every single plugin/extension in our WooCommerce portfolio. You’re entitled to regular updates for as long as you have an active subscription.
If you cancel your subscription, you’ll have download access for the remainder of the paid period.

Is your website secure with my personal information?
Absolutely! We use 256 Bit SSL Security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. Payments are made via our external partner, Stripe, or by PayPal (whichever you choose during checkout) and your credit card informations are therefore not stored on our server.
Do you offer refunds?
If your WordPress theme or Web Hosting Company has issues with your purchased plugin, we will provide you with a 100% Full Refund! It’s as simple as that.
